Muteo Consulting was founded in July 2003 to provide professional services in engineering and project management.
The company is a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor, and continuously promotes continuing professional development amongst staff in relevant knowledge areas, for enhancement of service levels and to facilitate growth.

OUR FOUNDER
Hangwani Makwarela is a Mechanical Engineer
(University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg) who is registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA, reg. no. 20000252).
He has over 25 years of post-graduate experience, spanning a variety of industries in companies comprising SCAW Metals, Crown Cork, Hillside Aluminium (now BHP-Billiton), Eskom Generation, Umgeni Water and Amatola Water Board.
He also holds a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) – Plant Engineering and Occupational Health and Safety; as well
as a Masters degree in Business Administration.
